Mila's specialty is working on Care-givers, Healing Providers, Mothers and all nurturers.
Mila will begin your healing session by talking to you and listening to your mind and body needs. Sessions are introduced with a ceremonial bath massage, which quickly brings you to a deeper state of relaxation. The heat from the bath helps ease tension out of your muscles as you benefit from the grounding properties of her organic yet medical grade oils. She then begins with her arms working on your back while her strong knees and thighs massages your feet and legs. Bringing you to a surrendering and nurturing place.
Her hands know how to work out your tension and knots and are able to go much deeper and work more effectively than a traditional massage. Emotional balance will be insync with her personal touch. You will find that the flow of her hands will bring you to a different place where you may sense parts of yourself that have been looking for a space to heal.
Mila incorporates Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, Energywork throughout your session to create a safe space for you. She is a licensed CMT in the city of Orange.
Her goal is not to merely let you relax on a very comfty massage table, but to have you arise feeling like the pieces have been put back together. You can then proceed to a deeper level of coaching once this is achieved.
